Refund Policy

Effective date: June 26, 2026

30-Day Unconditional Refund

If you are not satisfied with FairDraft for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No explanation required.

To request a refund, email support@rizvex.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Subscriptions

FairDraft Pro and Brokerage plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. We do not prorate partial months — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

For subscription charges beyond the initial 30-day window, refunds are evaluated case by case. Contact support@rizvex.com and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Pay-Per-Report

Pay-per-report purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the report was not downloaded. Once a report has been downloaded, refunds are not available for that report, but you may still request a refund for unused credits within the 30-day window.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after we approve a refund is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
